The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities.

Learned advocate for the State submits that pursuant to the information furnished, Bagnan Police Station Case No. 425 of 2025 dated 11.07.2025 has already been registered for investigation.

However, the learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 5 to 8 denies and disputes the contentions and submits that a long standing civil dispute is existing and the petitioner has tried to take assistance of the police authorities to dilute the civil dispute and create his dominion. Be that as it may, since the police authorities have taken steps, further interference of this Court is unwarranted.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 15173 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
