Petitioner informed the Officer-in-Charge of Jetia Police Station and is aggrieved that in spite of such information no steps were taken. Petitioner's prayer was for registration of the FIR pursuant to the information which has been submitted.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Ms.

Tuhina Parvin, learned advocate who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State is directed to represent the State. Her appearance may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

If the petitioner's grievance till date has not been attended, petitioner would file a fresh representation before the Officer-in-Charge of Jetia Police Station who would assess regarding the grievances and if he finds cognizable offence to have been made out, he would take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 16253 of 2024 is disposed of.
