Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners is directed to serve copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Amita Gaur, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

I have considered the contentions advanced on behalf of the petitioners and also checked the brief facts of the case. I find that the complaint which has been filed with the police station after being investigated ended in a charge-sheet. Having considered the nature of the allegations and the materials so collected by the investigating agency, I am of the view that trial of the case should be taken to its logical conclusion without any interference from this Court. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2375 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
