The petitioner is aggrieved by a transfer order dated June 01, 2023 issued by the Registrar of the relevant university.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that due to such transfer the petitioner's status from a permanent employee has been converted into a temporary one. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has made representations before the Vice-Chancellor and the Registrar of the University on May 18, 2023, which are appearing at pages 43 to 48 of the writ petition. He submits that a direction should be passed upon the Registrar of the University to consider the petitioner's representation.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Registrar of

the University to consider the representation of the petitioner dated May 18, 2023, appearing at page 46 of the writ petition, within a period of two weeks from date of communication of this order. The reasoned order should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter. Accordingly, WPA 15221 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
