Two separate reports have been filed by the Commissioner, Chandernagore Municipal Corporation dated 5th September, 2023 and Inspector-inCharge, Chandernagore Police Station. Both the reports are taken on record.

On perusal of these two reports it appears that the orders passed by this Court on 21st June, 2023 and subsequently on 2nd August, 2023 have duly been complied with by removing and demolishing the alleged unauthorized structure.

In view of the aforesaid steps taken by the concerned respondent authorities the writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
