The writ petition is taken up for consideration when again identical prayer is made on behalf of the petitioner to adjourn the matter for some time.

On perusal of the order dated 18th July, 2024 passed on earlier occasion, it transpires that on the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner hearing of this writ petition was adjourned and matter was directed to appear in the monthly combined list of August, 2024 for further consideration.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed.
