Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner files affidavit of service which may be kept with the record. None appears for the respondents in spite of service. It appears from record that the petitioner has made a representation by letter dated 17th June, 2023 being Annexure P-1 to the writ petition for redressal of its grievance relating to demand in question raised by the respondent bank allegedly unreasonable.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner, this writ petition being WPA 15223 of 2023 is disposed off by directing the Branch Manager, Central Ban of India, Memari Branch, Burdwan/ respondent no.1, to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 17th June, 2023, in accordance with law and by passing a reasoned and speaking order after giving an

opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representatives within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order and to communicate such decision on the aforesaid representation to the petitioner within two weeks from date of such decision. Till the disposal of the aforesaid representation, no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner for recovery of the demand in question.
