It appears that the order passed by this Bench on 8th July, 2025 was carried in Appeal being MAT 1064 of 2025 with IA No. CAN 1 of 2025 (Union of India -Vs- Raghunath Kumar @ Raghunath & Anr). 2.

The judgment passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench has been produced before this Court. It appears that the Division Bench has clearly mentioned that the petitioner does not have a choice of the correctional home at which he is lodged.

In view of the above, nothing further remains to be decided in the instant writ petition.
