At the outset, learned counsel for the opposite party has brought to the notice of the Court that M. Case No.14 of 2018 has been disposed by the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bongaon, North 24 Parganas vide a detailed judgment dated 28th July, 2025.
