1. The petitioner complains of alleged inaction on the part of Burdwan Police Station in respect of a complaint against the private respondents of misappropriation and conversion of their document of identity like Aadhaar Card and others.

2. The private respondents deny the same.

3. Burdwan Police Station has filed a report dated 27th July, 2022 in the form of instructions addressed to the State Advocate, which is taken on record.

4. It appears therefrom that FIR No. 843 of 2022 dated 27th July, 2022 has been registered.

5. It is ordered that the investigation into the subject FIR is completed as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one month from date.

6. Mr. Chattopadhyay present before this Court shall personally ensure that his clients shall in no way disturb the petitioner.

7. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

8. There will be no order as to costs.

9. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
