Liberty is given to the learned Advocate-on-record of the petitioner to correct the cause title of the petition. Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim has been recovered.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in kidnapping the victim boy for ransom.

In view of the gravity of the offence and prima facie involvement of the petitioner therein, we are of the opinion that this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
