The petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer order dated June 01, 2023 issued by the Registrar of the relevant university.

It has been submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that due to such transfer the petitioner's status from a permanent employee is converted to a temporary employee. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has made a representation before the Registrar of the University on May 16, 2023, which is appearing at pages 45 to 48 of the writ petition. He submits that a direction should be passed upon the Registrar of the University to consider the petitioner's representation.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Registrar of

the University to consider the representation of the petitioner dated May 16, 2023, appearing at pages 45 to 48 of the writ petition, within a period of two weeks from date of communication of this order. The reasoned order should be communicated to the petitioner within a period of one week thereafter. Accordingly, WPA 15231 of 2023 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities.
