Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner was falsely implicated.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that, 64 bottles of phensedyl and 160 bottles of coophedyls was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

Considering that commercial quantity of contraband was recovered from the house of the petitioner, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM 6601 of 2021 is dismissed.
