It appears from the submission made on behalf of the parties that the minor child is in the home, namely, Gopalpur Nibedita Soceity.

Leave granted to the respondent no. 6, husband of the petitioner, to file vakalatnama in the department by tomorrow.

The application of the petitioner made under Section 37(1) (b) of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2000 is alleged to be kept pending.

The instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Committee to take a decision on the application made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

An opportunity of hearing shall be given to the parents of the minor child prior to passing any final order.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
