The petitioner is alleging that the private respondent nos.7 and 8 have encroached upon the public land, he is praying removal of such encroachment.

Mr.

Sarkar, learned Advocate for the respondent nos.7 and 8 draws my attention to the order passed by this Court on June 30, 2025 in WPA 13231 of 2025, whereby the concerned Sub-Divisional Officer has been directed to remove such encroachment.

The petitioner and the respondent nos. 7 and 8 are all parties to the said writ petition nonetheless, nothing about the said writ petition has been disclosed in the present writ petition, which is not appreciated. In view of the said earlier direction, no further order(s) need be passed in the matter.

WPA 14972 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
