1. The report filed by the S.I., Jorasanko PS shows that the petitioner has complied with the notice under Section 41A Cr.P.C. and has submitted some statement of her bank account.

2. Under such circumstances and having regard to the fact that the Investigating Officer is now in possession of the relevant documents, we are of the view that the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not necessary.

3. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner, namely, Pinki Gupta @ Rajni Gupta, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.25,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 with a further direction that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation till the submission of the final report and Signed By :

shall not leave the district Kolkata without the permission of the Investigating Officer till the submission of the final report except for the purpose of attending the Court.

4. It is further directed that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate-I at Calcutta in connection with G.R. Case No.1169 of 2023 within two weeks from date.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.
