We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner and others threw bomb at the victim. He suffered bomb blast injuries. In view of the aforesaid circumstances and nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
