It has been submitted that a report under Section 173 of the Cr.P.C.

has been filed before the jurisdictional Court as 'Mistake of Facts'.

The petitioner has already preferred an application under Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C. which is pending

before the learned jurisdictional court and is due to be heard on 23rd April, 2025.

In view of the learned Magistrate already in seisin of the issues relating to further investigation, I am of the view that the learned Magistrate, in such circumstances, would put in all possible efforts to dispose of the application under Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C. within a period of five weeks from the next date so fixed.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 15242 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
