The petitioner has applied for grant of letters of administration of the alleged last Will and testament of one Padmaja Majee, which gives rise to L.O.A. Case No. 01 of 2019 before the 3rd Court of learned Additional District Judge at Howrah.

In the said proceeding the petitioner has applied for a permission to bring a separate water connection in the property covered under the said Will.

The learned Trial Judge by the order impugned dated February 05, 2024 has dismissed the said application. The property covered under the Will is not the subjectmatter of the proceeding for grant, therefore the application seeking permission to bring a separate water connection in the said property is a misconceived one.

The order impugned does not call for any interference, C.O. 2231 of 2024 is dismissed as such without any order as to costs.
