For the State Report submitted by the State is taken on record. The petitioner is being adequately treated medically at correctional home and does not deserve bail on medical grounds.

The petitioner is in custody for more than a year and prays for bail.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. I have considered the material on record.

The petitioner has been identified in test identification parade as one of the assailants. The offending weapon has been recovered at the instance of the petitioner. The weapon matched with the bullet recovered from the body of the victim.

Considering the prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime, prayer for bail is rejected at this stage.

The application for bail is disposed of.
