The case herein was registered in the year 2022. Three years have passed, the matter is still pending. As the revisional application is being disposed of. Mr. Atanu Ghosh, an empanelled lawyer of the State of West Bengal is appointed to represent the State in this case. Let his appointment be regularized.

The revisional application is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endevour to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date of this order.
