Inspite of service, none appears on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as Lab Attendant in Habibpur High School (H.S.), District-Nadia on 3rd of December, 2010. Since 3rd of December, 2010, the petitioner is working in the said school. Though the petitioner was appointed and working as Lab Attendant but the salary of the petitioner was not released. The petitioner made representation to the authorities for release of the arrears of salaries for the period from 03.12.2010 to 31.03.2017. The School Authorities have prepared of arrears of salary bills of the petitioner from 03.12.2010 to 31.03.2017 total amounting of Rs.9,02,317/- and forwarded to the competent

authority for approval but till date the said payment was not released.

In view of the above, the respondent authorities, particularly the respondent no.3, i.e. the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Nadia to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner by considering the bill submitted by the School Authorities by releasing the arrears payment of the petitioner for the period from 03.12.2010 to 31.03.2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order. WPA 14304 of 2019 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
