Very innocuous prayer has been made by the petitioner for granting leave to avail the benefit under relevant scheme of settlement of the disputes before the appropriate forum and considering such prayer, this writ petition being WPA 15254 of 2023 is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to avail the remedy under the said scheme before the appropriate forum for redressal of the grievance raised in this writ petition.
