Inspite of service, none appears on behalf of the respondents.

The petitioner was appointed as Lab Attendant in Habibpur High School (H.S.), District-Nadia on 3rd of January, 2009. Since then the petitioner is working in the said school. The appointment of the petitioner was duly approved by the competent authority. Though the petitioner is working as Lab Attendant but from 03.01.2009 to 31.03.2019 no arrears salary was released in favour of the petitioner.

The petitioner has made representation for releasing the arrears salary but the same was not released. The school authorities have also submitted the bills of the petitioner for releasing of arrears salary of the

petitioner but the competent authority failed to release the same.

The representation is pending before the competent authority and thus the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no.3, i.e. the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Nadia to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner and release the arrears salary of the petitioner from 3rd of January, 2009 to 31st of March, 2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

WPA 14305 of 2019 is disposed of.

All parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
