In the matter of : Santosh Kumar Nayak @ Santosh Naik .... Petitioner Mr. Milan Mukherjee, Mr. Dipayan Kundu, Mr. Subhadeep Ghosh, Ms. Pramita Banerjee ... for the Petitioner Mr. Swapan Banerjee, Mr. Suman De ... for the State Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in January, 2023. There is no change in the circumstances since then. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
