It is submitted on behalf of the respondents that the present writ petition is barred under Section 8 of the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal Act, 1997.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition and take appropriate steps for redressal before the appropriate forum. In view of the above, WPA 16356 of 2021 is disposed for non-prosecution. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the appropriate forum for redressal of their grievance. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance will all requisite formalities.
