The matter has appeared in the list for corrections of the order dated December 12, 2022.

The first paragraph at page 2 of the said order should be read as " The petitioner claims to be an assignee of the entire property and by virtue of the assignment the petitioner was allocated four flats and entire ground floor of the first block and entire ground floor of second block (save and except 1100 sq. ft. in the second block)".

Third line of paragraph 2 at page 2 of the said order the expression 'purchaser' should be deleted and the expression 'assignee' should be inserted.

Rest of the order remains unaltered.

The department is directed to carry out the necessary corrections at once.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
