Mr. Shankar Pal Mr. Krishna Prasad Majumdar ..for the petitioner There appears to be a property dispute between the petitioner and the respondent nos.4&5. The petitioner prays for an order restraining the respondent nos.4&5 from dispossessing the petitioner, cannot be allowed by this Court. Such prayer at best can be made before the learned Civil Court. However, the police authorities shall keep a vigil and ensure that the peace is maintained. Untoward incidents must be avoided.

This Court has not gone into the merits of the allegation made by the petitioner.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
