Patra Ms. Supriya Dubey The petitioner filed an application for general transfer and on that basis he was recommended to Ramkrishna Mission Vidyabhaban (H. S.) which subsequently intimated the petitioner by its letter dated 09.09.2021 that the said Ramkrishna Mission School is exempted from West Bengal School Service Commission. Thereafter nothing happened in this matter and the petitioner is still working in the school where he was working before making the application for transfer.

I direct the Secretary of the Central School Service Commission to look into the matter immediately and to transfer the teacher nearer to his residence. Such decision is to be taken by the School Service Commission within a period of six weeks from

the date of communication of this order and if necessary, the Secretary of the West Bengal Central School Service Commission may grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner before taking any decision as to his transfer.

With the above observation and direction the writ application is disposed of.
