We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in November, 2022. Petitioner is the principal accused and had absconded for more than a decade. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected.
