Learned counsel for the petitioner in the present application, prays for relaxation of conditions on bail order, imposed by this court vide order dated 28th June, 2024, by which this petitioner was directed not to leave the jurisdiction of the concerned police station and also to report the Officerin-charge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight until further order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he is now facing difficulty in attending the police station once in a fortnight and as such, he prays for relaxation of condition of bail.

Learned counsel for the State in his usual fairness submits that the petitioner has more or less complied the condition imposed in the said bail order.

Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of both the parties, the bail order 28.6.2024 is modified as follows":- "the Petitioner shall not leave the geographical limit of Malda district without taking leave from the court and henceforth, he will report to the Officer-in-charge of the concerned police station once in a month in place of once in a fortnight until further order".

The order dated 28.6.2024 is modified to that extent only. Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. CRAN 1 of 2025 is accordingly disposed of.
