Mr. Malay Kumar Seal ... for the petitioners Mr. Moloy Kumar Seal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners / Bank does not want to proceed with the lis and instruction has been given to Mr. P.C. Ghose of M/s. Sandersons and Morgans to withdraw the case.
