1. State files a report, which is taken on record.

2. Learned advocate for the petitioner as well as State informs the Court that the petitioner and the victim have married each other.

3. Learned advocate for the de facto complainant appearing through virtual mode also concedes to the solemnization of the marriage.

4. By order dated 16th July, 2025, interim bail was granted in favour of the petitioner.

5. In view of the above, interim bail granted on 16th July, 2025 is confirmed. The conditions as imposed will continue.
