By order dated 24.08.2021, this Court fixed the date for appearance of the Officer-in-Charge of the case concerned and the petitioner before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk. Inadvertently instead of 18th September, 2021, the said date has been typed as "19th of September, 2021".

Accordingly, it is directed that the said date for appearance before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk is fixed on 18th September, 2021. This may be treated as part and parcel of the original order dated 24.08.2021 and the parties are to abide by the same.

In the 1st paragraph at page 3 of the order dated 24.08.2021, it has also been wrongly typed as "C.R.R. 2222 of 2018" instead of C.R.R. 2224 of 2018. The same should be corrected and be treated as C.R.R. 2224 of 2018. Department is directed to make necessary corrections.

All parties including the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tamluk shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
