The petitioner submits that the requisite fee for the dealership has also been paid by treasury challan. The petitioner made a representation before the Sub Divisional Controller, Food and Supplies, Berhampore on 30th December, 2020 praying for consideration of his application but the same has also been kept pending. As it appears that the application filed by the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the SubDivisional Controller, Food & Supplies, Berhampore accordingly the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent No. 3 being the Sub-Divisional Controller, Food and Supplies, Berhampore to take a decision with regard to the application filed by the petitioner for grant of dealership, strictly in accordance with law, at

the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. The aforesaid respondent shall pass a reasoned order and communicate the same to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

Affidavit of service filed in Court is taken on record. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
