Case No. 112 of 2024 dated 24.06.24 has been registered for investigation under Sections 420 and 406 of the IPC.
The subject-matter of the case as submitted by the petitioner relates to the petitioner having been deceived by taking a sum of Rs.8,00,000/- and the fake appointment letters being issued.
Having considered the same, I
direct that the Superior Officer of Police will monitor the investigation of the case so that the materials relating to both deception as well as forged appointment letters are taken within the ambit of the investigation of the case.
Learned advocate for the State would inform the concerned Additional Superintendent of Police/SDPO-in-charge of Joypur Police Station regarding the directions passed by this court. The effectiveness of the investigation be overseen and monitored as directed above by the superior officer.
With the aforesaid observations, WPA 16274 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the report. A copy of the report be
handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
