.... For the Respondent No. 8 In this writ petition substantial orders were passed on September 9, 2022 and September 15, 2022. The order dated September 15, 2022 had recorded the due compliance of the order passed on September 9, 2022. Today the writ petition was fixed for recording the balance formalities required to be carried out for re-approval of the recommendation for running B.Ed. course at the ELBETHEL COLLEGE. Today learned counsel appearing for the parties have confirmed this Court that such left-over formalities had been carried out and the recommendation had been restored in favour of the said college to run the B.Ed. course.

Mr. Sauvik Nandy, learned counsel appearing for the respondent nos. 1 to 5 had placed two document, one

is the notice dated September 15, 2022, issued by the respondent no.8 restoring the affiliation in favour of the college. The said document is taken on record. The next document is also dated September 15, 2022 which is an order passed by the respondent no.5 showing the restoration of the recommendation granted in favour of the college. The said document is also taken on record. In view of the above, the impugned order under challenge in this writ petition dated October 4, 2021, Annexure P-15 to the writ petition stands set aside and quashed.

Nothing survives in this writ petition further. In the premises this writ petition, WPA 15631 of 2022 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished expeditiously.
