1. The petitioners by way of filing this public interest litigation allege that the LPG godown should not be constructed as there is every likelihood to happen mishap since the area is densely populated residential area. According to the learned advocate for the State for construction of LPG godown there are various checks and balances, approvals have to be obtained and only thereafter permission will be granted. Therefore, we find that the averments made in the petition appear to be baseless.
