Upon the petitioner furnishing documents to the CESC authorities that the occupants of the said dwelling house had entered into any family settlement or partition to prove separate existence and separate enjoyment of the property and by way of separate mess, the CESC authority shall grant connection to the petitioner, in accordance with law and upon compliance of all formalities.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. However, there will be no order as to costs.

Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
