Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the police submitted charge-sheet and, therefore, further detention of the petitioner is not required. Petitioner was falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the contents of the case diary. He submits that the co-accused who stands on the same footing was denied bail on September 23, 2021.

Considering the materials in the case diary and considering the fact that the co-accused was denied bail on

September 23, 2021 by the co-ordinate Bench, we are unable to grant prayer for bail to the petitioner.
