Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the jute which was cultivated by the petitioner was burnt out by the private respondent and their associates. To that effect police authorities were informed but no steps were taken. State has submitted a report. Report reflects that a long standing land dispute is existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

Having regard to the same, I direct that so far as right, title and interest of the property is concerned, it would be the domain of the Civil Court to adjudicate the same, police authorities will not try to interfere. However, police authorities would definitely oversee that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident resulting from the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 15006 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
