The present criminal revision has been preferred against the inordinate delay in disposal of the proceeding being NDPS Case No.21/2019 now pending in the court of the learned Special Court, Hooghly.

The present revisional application is for expeditious disposal of the case before the learned Trial court.

None appears for either side.

Considering the materials on record, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the proceedings in the present case within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order, if not already disposed of.

The revisional application being CRR 2527 of 2022 stands disposed of.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned Trial Court at once.
