APP Mr. Bibaswan Bhattacharya .....For the State Mr. Kaushik Chaudhury .....For the de-facto complainant Since it appears that the de-facto complainant was one of the directors of the relevant company where he invested a sum of Rs.20,00,000/-, and in view of the fact that the petitioner has already been in custody for about 38 days, I am of the opinion that further detention of the petitioner in the custody is not necessary in this case. In that view of the matter, the petitioner will be enlarged on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.

10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arambagh, Hooghly, and with a further condition that the petitioner will meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders. The application being CRM 6618 of 2021 is allowed. All parties shall act upon the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
