1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be taken on record.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the final report of mistake of fact filed by Charu Market Police Station in respect of FIR No. 63 of 2022 dated 26th May, 2022.

3. The petitioner may seek remedy under Section 173(8) of the Code of Criminal Procedure in respect of the final report and thereafter if necessary approach this Court for transfer of investigation.

4. The prayer of the petitioner, for ascertaining the mental health of her niece to determine as to whether she was capable of giving consent for marriage to one Mr. Rohit Ali is not something that is entertained in the peculiar facts of the case.

5. With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
