The petitioner appearing in person seeks expeditious hearing of complaint case being C/1559 of 2023 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, North 24 Parganas at Barasat with regard to admitting the case and issuing process against the opposite parties.

The complaint was filed on 10th October, 2023 and several dates were fixed by the learned Magistrate for admission hearing. Such hearing is yet to be concluded.

In view of the above, learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, North 24 Parganas at Barasat is directed to conclude the admission hearing and take necessary consequential steps in accordance with law within one month from the next date of hearing fixed before him. CRR 2542 of 2024 is disposed of.
