By filing this revisional application, Petitioners have prayed for quashing of proceeding being no. 5419 of 2019 arising out of Hansabad Police Station case no. of dated 13.11.2019 under Sections 448/376/511/506/509 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Basirhat, North 24 - parganas.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and pendency of the case since 2021 and no one represented the petitioner.

It seems the petitioner is no more interested to proceed with the instant case.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application being CRR 2058 of 2021 is thus dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned Trial Court for information.
