Petitioner intends to withdraw the present writ petition as it is claimed by the petitioner that some documents have been inadvertently enclosed along with the application.

Learned advocate for the private respondent as well as the State is present.

According to the learned advocate appearing for the State, State has already conducted an enquiry and drawn up proceedings under section 126 of the BNSS.

Be that as it may, since the petitioner intends to withdraw the application, WPA 15245 of 2025 is dismissed as not pressed.

Petitioner would approach the Court if fresh cause of action arises.
