The petitioner's claim before the Tribunal is challenging the Rule containing a particular requisite length of years of service for appointment as a Principal. The Tribunal has admitted the Original Application taking note of the state of affairs that no advertisement has been issued for recruitment to the post of Principal.

When the matter is taken up, we have asked the learned Advocate for the writ petitioner whether any advertisement has been issued requiring the passing of an interim order, since the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that he is aggrieved by the fact that the Tribunal did not pass any interim order. No advertisement is brought to our attention. We do not find that any advertisement was issued when the Tribunal admitting the matter. At this stage, the writ petition requires no interference. 3.

The writ petition is accordingly, dismissed.

We made it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter pending before the Tribunal. 5.
