The instant criminal revision was filed challenging an order of acquittal passed in Sessions Case No.98 of 1997 corresponding to Sessions Trial No.5(8)/2008 under Section 376(2)(g) of the Indian Penal Code. The criminal revision was filed in 2009. Subsequent to 10th July, 2009, the petitioner was not represented. In view of such circumstances, the instant criminal revision is dismissed for default.
