It is seen that there is a typographical error in the order dated 13th August, 2025.
On perusal of the order dated 13th August, 2025 it is revealed that in the cause title instead of "WPA 18948 of 1998" it should be read as "WPA 18948 of 2003." The other portion of the order dated 13th August, 2025 shall remain the same.
